Printed circulars and miscellaneous matter mailed by certain non-profit organizations enjoyed a one-and-one-half cent rate per two ounces from January 1, 1952 until January 1, 1959. This brochure is only identifiable as having been mailed under that rate due to the statement on it that it was sent by a non-profit organization.
The brochure mentions a song fest taking place on Sunday night, August 17. This date falls on a Sunday in 1952 and 1958.
