The first class rate to Canada was three cents per ounce from September 1, 1931 until September 1, 1958.

This 1944 cover, franked with a booklet stamp, only went from Niagara Falls, New York to Niagara Falls, Ontario.

The same rates were used for mail from territories and possesions to Canada.

This small cover was sent from Anchorage, Alaska to Montreal, Quebec in 1955.
