The cost of mailing a letter to Mexico was seven cents from August 1, 1958 until January 7, 1963.
This cover enclosed a valentine sent to Acapulco in 1959 using a Prexie. The seven cent Woodrow Wilson definitive of the Liberty Series had been issued in January of 1956, but seven cent Prexies were being delivered to post offices as late as 1958.
