The five-to-six ounce third class rate was nine cents from August 1, 1958 until January 7, 1963. Nine cent Prexies were being delivered into 1958 even though the nine cent Liberty had been issued in 1956.
This mailer, which contained 16 millimeter film, is identified as containing merchandise, so could not have been mailed at the fourth class book rate.
