Registered letter to a PUAS country

The rate for a first-class letter sent to a PUAS country was three cents from April 1, 1932 until November 1, 1953, and the fee for foreign registry was fifteen cents from December 1, 1925 to January 1, 1945. Thus, from April 1, 1932 until January 1, 1945 the cost of a registered first-class letter to a PUAS country was eighteen cents.

This registered cover was sent from Texas to Uruguay in 1943.
